Q: How long does order processing take?
Most orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days. You will receive a tracking email once your order ships.
Q: How do I start a return?
Email us at [email protected] with your order number and the reason for return. We'll send you return instructions within 1–2 business days. Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery in unworn, unwashed condition with original tags.
Q: My item arrived damaged. What do I do?
We're sorry about that! Email us immediately at [email protected] with your order number and photos of the damage. We will ship a replacement at no charge or issue a full refund — your choice.
Q: Can I cancel or change my order?
Contact us as soon as possible. If your order hasn't shipped yet, we can often accommodate changes or cancellations. Once shipped, orders cannot be modified.
