Return & Refund Policy

At Bambini Clothing, we stand behind the quality of every boxy tee we make. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward 30-day return and refund policy. Please read the following carefully to understand your options and the process.

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns on items that meet all of the following conditions:

  • Returned within 30 days of the delivery date
  • Item is unworn and unwashed
  • Item has original tags attached
  • Item is in its original condition — free from stains, odors, or alterations
  • Item is in its original packaging (if applicable)

We cannot accept returns on items that have been worn, washed, altered, or are missing original tags, except in cases of manufacturing defects or shipping damage.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items marked "Final Sale" at time of purchase
  • Worn, washed, or altered items (except defect/damage claims)
  • Items returned after 30 days of delivery
  • Gift cards (once redeemed)
  • Customized or personalized items

3. How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Email [email protected] with the subject line "Return Request — Order #[your order number]"
  2. Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for your return
  3. Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with return authorization and a prepaid return shipping label
  4. Pack your item(s) securely in the original or equivalent packaging
  5. Attach the prepaid shipping label to the outside of the package
  6. Drop your package off at any USPS, UPS, or FedEx location

Please do not ship items back without receiving return authorization first — unauthorized returns may not be processed.

4. Return Shipping

We provide free prepaid return shipping labels for all eligible returns. You will not be charged for return shipping on qualifying returns. If you choose to use your own shipping method, we are not responsible for packages lost in transit and recommend using a trackable shipping service.

5. Refund Processing

Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it within 2 business days to confirm it meets our return eligibility criteria. Upon approval:

  • Your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days of receiving the returned item
  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method (PayPal or credit/debit card)
  • Your bank or PayPal may take additional time to reflect the credit after we process it
  • You will receive a refund confirmation email when the refund is issued

If your return is not approved (item does not meet eligibility criteria), we will notify you by email and either return the item to you or hold it for 14 days pending your instructions.

6. Exchanges

Need a different size or color? We make exchanges easy:

  1. Email [email protected] with your order number, the item to exchange, and the new size/color desired
  2. We'll send a return shipping label for the original item
  3. Once received and inspected, we'll ship your exchange item within 2 business days
  4. If the desired item is out of stock, we'll issue a full refund

Exchanges are subject to the same 30-day return window and condition requirements as standard returns. Only one exchange per item is permitted.

7. Damaged or Defective Items

We take quality control seriously, but occasionally a defective item may slip through. If your item arrived damaged or has a manufacturing defect:

  • Email [email protected] within 7 days of delivery
  • Include clear photos of the defect/damage and your order number
  • We will send a replacement at no charge, or issue a full refund — your choice
  • Damaged-item claims are accepted even if the item has been worn or washed

8. Wrong Item Received

If you received an item different from what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [email protected]. We'll send the correct item immediately via Express Shipping at our expense, or issue a full refund if the correct item is unavailable.

9. Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible at [email protected] or (786) 448-6983. Orders that have not yet shipped can typically be cancelled with a full refund issued within 5–10 business days. Orders that have already shipped must go through the standard return process.

10. Refund Amounts

Refunds are issued for the full product price. Original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective item, or shipping damage). If your original order qualified for free shipping and a return reduces your order total below $75, the $6.99 standard shipping cost may be deducted from your refund.
