Standard Shipping takes 5–7 business days via USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Express Shipping takes 2–3 business days. Overnight Shipping delivers in 1 business day via FedEx Priority. Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed.
Standard Shipping is $6.99. However, all orders of $75 or more qualify for FREE Standard Shipping automatically at checkout — no code needed. Express Shipping is $12.99, and Overnight Shipping via FedEx Priority is $24.99.
Yes, we ship to Alaska and Hawaii using standard carrier rates. Please note that Alaska and Hawaii orders are not eligible for the free shipping threshold on Standard Shipping. Express and Overnight options are available at the standard rates. Delivery times may be slightly longer than the continental US estimates.
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to track your package. You can track your shipment on the carrier's website (USPS, UPS, or FedEx) at any time. If you haven't received a tracking email within 3 business days of ordering, please contact us at [email protected].
We offer 30-day hassle-free returns on all unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached. To start a return, email [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. We will provide a return shipping label and instructions. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days of receiving the returned item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on worn, washed, or altered items. Items must be in original condition with tags attached. If your item arrived defective or damaged, please contact us immediately with photos — we will make it right regardless of condition.
To exchange an item, email [email protected] with your order number and the item you'd like to exchange, along with the new size or color you need. Once we receive your returned item (within 30 days of delivery), we'll ship out the replacement. If the requested item is unavailable, we'll issue a full refund.
Each product page has a Size Chart with detailed measurements for Chest, Waist, and Hips in both inches and centimeters. We also include a Fit Tip: our boxy tees are designed to be oversized — if you prefer a closer fit, size down. Our tees are available in sizes S through 4XL.
We accept PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover through PayPal's secure checkout. You do not need a PayPal account to pay with a credit or debit card — just choose 'Pay with Debit or Credit Card' at checkout. All transactions are protected by SSL encryption.
Absolutely. Our checkout is powered by PayPal and protected by SSL/TLS encryption. We never store your credit card information on our servers. PayPal's Buyer Protection also covers your purchase in the event of an issue. For more details, see our Privacy Policy.
We're so sorry to hear that! Please email [email protected] within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the damage. We will send a replacement item at no charge or issue a full refund — whichever you prefer. We stand fully behind the quality of our products.
If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us as soon as possible at [email protected] or (786) 448-6983. Orders that haven't shipped can usually be modified or cancelled. Once an order has shipped, we are unable to make changes, but you can return the item under our 30-day return policy.
Yes! We offer bulk pricing for orders of 12 or more items. Bulk orders are ideal for teams, families, events, or resellers. Email [email protected] with the item(s), quantities, and desired colors/sizes, and we'll provide a custom quote within 2 business days.
For best results: Machine wash cold with like colors, gentle cycle. Tumble dry on low heat or hang to dry. Do not bleach. Do not iron the printed area directly — iron inside out on a low setting if needed. Our tees are garment-washed for softness, so colors stay rich and stable. Graphic prints are designed to hold up through repeated washing without cracking or fading.
We don't currently offer gift wrapping, but you can add a personal gift message during checkout in the order notes field. We'll include a printed gift note with your order. Bambini tees make excellent gifts — browse our Floral & Botanical, Good Vibes Only, or Animal Lover collections for something personal and unique.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days. The refund will be returned to your original payment method (PayPal or credit card). Please note that your bank or PayPal may take additional time to reflect the credit in your account after we issue it.
Currently, we ship within the United States only, including Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories. We are working on international shipping options and hope to expand soon.
