Thank you for shopping with Bambini Clothing. We are committed to delivering your premium boxy tees quickly, safely, and reliably. Please read our shipping policy carefully to understand our rates, delivery timeframes, and procedures.
1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays) after payment has been confirmed. You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after purchase, and a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
During peak periods (holidays, limited-drop launches), processing may take up to 3 business days. We will notify you by email if there are any significant delays to your order.
Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST on a Friday will be processed on the following Monday (or next business day after a holiday).
2. Domestic Shipping Options
We offer three domestic shipping options for all orders within the United States (including Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories):
Standard Shipping — $6.99
Estimated delivery: 5–7 business days from the date of shipment. Standard Shipping is fulfilled via USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on your location and package dimensions. This option is the most economical choice for non-urgent orders.
Free Standard Shipping is available on all orders totaling $75.00 or more (before taxes). Free shipping is automatically applied at checkout — no promo code required.
Express Shipping — $12.99
Estimated delivery: 2–3 business days from the date of shipment. Express Shipping is fulfilled via UPS or FedEx. This option is ideal when you need your order within a few days.
Overnight Shipping — $24.99
Estimated delivery: 1 business day from the date of shipment. Overnight Shipping is fulfilled exclusively via FedEx Priority. Orders must be placed and confirmed by 12:00 PM EST to ship the same business day. Orders placed after 12:00 PM EST will ship the following business day.
3. Alaska and Hawaii Shipping
We proudly ship to both Alaska and Hawaii. Standard Shipping rates apply ($6.99). Please note that orders to Alaska and Hawaii are not eligible for the free shipping threshold — the free Standard Shipping offer applies only to orders shipping to the contiguous 48 states. Express and Overnight options are available to Alaska and Hawaii at standard rates, though delivery times may be 1–2 days longer than continental US estimates.
4. U.S. Territories
We ship to U.S. territories including Puerto Rico, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands, American Samoa, and the Northern Mariana Islands. Standard Shipping rates apply. Delivery to territories typically takes 7–14 business days. Express and Overnight options may not be available to all territories — availability will be shown at checkout.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a direct link to track your package on the carrier's website. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update after your order ships.
If you haven't received a tracking email within 3 business days of placing your order, please check your spam/junk folder. If you still can't find it, contact us at [email protected] and we'll look into it immediately.
6. Free Shipping Policy Details
Free Standard Shipping applies to eligible domestic orders of $75.00 or more before tax. The following conditions apply:
- Free shipping is automatically applied at checkout — no coupon code required
- Applies to Standard Shipping only (5–7 business days)
- Valid for orders shipping to the contiguous 48 states only
- Not valid for Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. territories
- Not combinable with other promotional free shipping offers
- If a return reduces your order total below $75, the shipping cost will be deducted from your refund
7. Shipping Carriers
Bambini Clothing uses the following trusted carriers to fulfill your orders:
- USPS (United States Postal Service) — Standard domestic orders
- UPS (United Parcel Service) — Standard and Express orders
- FedEx — Standard, Express, and all Overnight orders (FedEx Priority for Overnight)
Carrier selection is determined by your location, package weight, and available service options at time of shipment. You will always be able to track your order regardless of carrier.
8. Delivery Issues
If your package shows as "delivered" but you have not received it, please: (1) check with neighbors or your building's mail area, (2) wait 24 hours as carriers sometimes mark packages delivered before final delivery, (3) contact the carrier with your tracking number, and (4) email us at [email protected] if the issue is unresolved after 48 hours. We will work with the carrier to resolve the matter.
For packages that are lost in transit (tracking shows no movement for 7+ business days after shipment), please contact us. We will file a claim with the carrier and either re-ship your order or issue a full refund.
9. Damaged Packages
If your order arrives with visible damage to the packaging or contents, please take photos immediately and email them to [email protected] within 7 days of delivery. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund — your choice. Do not discard the damaged packaging as it may be required for a carrier claim.
10. Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. Bambini Clothing is not responsible for delayed or undelivered orders resulting from incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you notice an error in your shipping address after placing your order, contact us immediately at [email protected] — if your order hasn't shipped yet, we can usually correct it.
